Our Home Care Aide Training Program provides a solid foundation for individuals who are pursuing a career in caregiving. This 20-hour training equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide compassionate, safe, and effective care for older adults and individuals with disabilities in home and community-based settings.

The program covers essential topics such as:
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Promoting dignity, independence, and respect for clients
• Recognizing changes in a client’s condition and reporting appropriately
• Infection control and proper hygiene practices
• Communication techniques for engaging with clients and families
• Understanding and respecting Resident Rights at Home
